Harding and Company was set up in 1990 and have been based in our current office in the Saltmarket in Glasgow since 1992. We appear in courts throughout Scotland and offer a range of services specialising in Criminal Defence, Proceeds of Crime, Parole, Mental Health, Children’s Panel and Referral Proceedings. We will provide advice in a friendly and professional manner and ensure that you fully understand proceedings from the outset. We are available 24-hours a day and can be contacted by telephone or by email. Our initial advice to you is always free.

 

We are registered with the Law Society of Scotland and with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide legal assistance. We can provide competitive quotes if you are not eligible for legal aid and your case requires to be privately funded.

 

We have also been represented on the executive committee of the Glasgow Bar Association.
